Tech Lead

We are currently seeking a performance-driven Tech Lead in Jericho, NY who will lead the technical oversight, delivery and support of our customer automation development. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in creating architectural analysis of systems. Duties include:

Architectural analysis of mission critical systems and processes
Coding on customer automation projects and related documentation
Providing support guidance to customers ranging from initial setup to level-3 system restores
Project life cycle management for development process
Providing strategic direction/support for the preparation of quality deliverables
Interfacing with customers in an advisory capacity to define and customize technical solutions
Provides training on new systems and/or processes
Research, design and edit internal and external technical documentation, ie: automation tools, architectural diagrams and code documentation
Other duties as deemed necessary

Ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years in a lead development role with the ability to look at system architectural review and coding
SQL, Aspnet, Vbnet, Ajax experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced work environment
Demonstrates high proficiency for project management
Technical proficiency of PC platforms (Windows NT/95/98/2000/XP, MS Office Suite)
Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, VPN, HTTPS), Databases (DB2, MSSQL Server, Informatica)
